Excellent service. I had car trouble before work the other morning and was there before they opened. Service was friendly and fast and the bill ended up being less than the quote so that was a plus. Honest service.

The staff at Black's Tire I've never let me down. They are always courteous and respectful and always try to go out of their way to help. I at a low tire on my driver side back and had stopped multiple places to try to put air in justifying that the pumps were all broken so by the time that I made it down to blacks my tire was pretty much almost flat. Without hesitation I was told to back it up to the Bay where they put air in it and found that it wasn't holding it very well. Within seconds they had thrown my car up on the left and realize that I had a nail in it. Within 20 minutes my tire was patched up and $30 later I was on my way. I can't say enough about all my visits to the multiple places that I have visited both in Lumberton and this one in Fayetteville.

Fallon is amazeballs. Her personality and customer service skills are impeccable. She literally had me in and out with flare. I was having a bit of emergency. I had been to 3 Auto shops that morning who said they could see me until I got there. Turned the car off and then had to have someone jump me off twice to get going. My terminal clamp was broken and was in desperate need of a new battery. I am new ish to the area and have older cars. We have been in search of a place that would treat us like family and I believe we have found it!. Wish I would have known before I went to "the other place" to get that full set of tires, tire rods with alignment done a month ago....Yokes

The three front desk staff I encountered were very personable and knowledgeable. They had me in and out within an hour. They listened to me, no games, no up charges, just stand up people and service. Highly recommend.
